Transimpedance amplifiers (TIAs):
We develop high-speed and precision TIAs for DC-500MHz gain bandwidth having switchable gain with seven levels.
TN10M: Max bandwidth 10 MHz. Gain range: 10-10k
TN100M: Max bandwidth 100 MHz. Gain range: 1-1k
TN500M: Max bandwidth 500 MHz. Gain range: 1-1k
Customized Gain Bandwidth: We could also develop a customised amplifier per your needs if it's within our capabilities. Please feel free to ask.
Large gain (x10^10 and higher) precision amplifiers are under development.
Amplified ultrafast photodetectors (AmPDs):
PDN100M: Amplifier integrated with InGaAs PIN photodiode for the wavelength range 600 nm- 1700 nm. It comes with seven switchable gain levels. The maximum bandwidth is 100 MHz. This is an ideal product to see if a laser is pulsing, and it works well with an 80 MHz Ti: Sa oscillator laser.

Terahertz photoconductive emitters
PCA: A photoconductive antenna with a single emitter.
SL-PCA: Semi-large area photoconductive emitters featuring multiple emitters designed for efficient terahertz emission and improved free space coupling.
These devices are based on our latest patent (Indian Patent Application No. 202321062886), which makes them robust and efficient.
