Welcome to THz-Innovations Pvt. Ltd., a pioneering startup specialising in Si-CMOS compatible Ge-based photonic Terahertz and ultrafast optoelectronic device technologies. Established in November 2023 and incubated at IIT Indore, we are recognised by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) as a startup company. We received the Startup India Seed Fund from the Government of India in April 2024. We are dedicated to advancing photonic Terahertz and precision optoelectronic technology through innovation and collaboration.
